SOLTA®FELT products are subjects to numerous quality tests during the manufacturing process.

 

Colorfastness tests and friction tests are just a few of the tests required which must be passed in order to supply a high-quality SOLTA®FELT product to the customer.

 

Wool felts have been produced for a long time with pressure, heat and moisture and are primarily a product made of natural raw materials. These raws materials vary in their properties, something also reflected in wool felt. This is not a defect but rather what illustrates the uniqueness of wool felt as a natural product.

 

We work with our customers to establish the requirements and develop products until they are ready for production.

QS-certificate

We have been certified according to ISO 9001 since 2000 and maintain all quality diagrams and the liner sample for at least 2 years.

OEKO-TEX-certificate

Of course, we have the OEKO-TEX certificate for our SOLTA®FELT products.
