We produce SOLTA®FELT roller goods in widths up to 2000 mm. However, just like the lengths, they depend on the thickness, the area weight and finally the quality. The thicknesses are between 1 mm and 30 mm. Wool felts are classified according to the degree of hardness.

Finishing
| wool felt Bfl-s1 classification | wool felts finished to be flame-retardant from GEBR. RÖDERS AG were tested and classified by MPA NRW (Material Test Office North Rhine-Westphalia) according to DIN EN 13501-1. Wool felts starting at 52% wool content, in thicknesses of 1 mm to 20 mm and in densities of 0.15 g/cm³ to 0.36 g/cm³, meet the requirements of the fire class Bfl-s1 (flame-resistant construction materials). |
| water-repellent | if there is a danger that felts are exposed to a high level of moisture, it is recommended also carrying out an additional water-repellent finishing. |
| moth protection | if necessary, the felts can be treated against moth bites. |
| slip-resistant | we recommend our slip-resistant equipment for carpets and seat cushions. Any dangerous or bothersome slipping can thereby be prevented. |
| other equipment possibilities | we use a large number of different finishings to change the products to make them more "handy." Wool felts can be equipped to be up to board hard in this way. |
