SOLTA^®LINER XTRA is the unique patented hose system for the rehabilitation of pipe lines with expanded use.

Installation of this system creates two separate, mutually independent pipelines permitting utilization as needed – a new and cost-effective way to improve and modernize an existing infrastructure.

Project sample XTRA liner 

As part of a pipeline rehabilitation under a swimming pool, at a public swimming pool in Switzerland, what is known as the SOLTA^®LINER XTRA System (2in1 liner) of GEBR. RÖDERS AG was installed.

Task

The goal was to separate a line for the surface / fresh water (known as clean water) and the wastewater from the swimming pool operation by rehabilitating a 40.5 m long, slightly damaged 400 mm concrete pipeline.

Solution 

During planning, a decision was made on renovation for a 150 mm XTRA segment in the liner in addition to the 400 mm main pipe. Here it will serve as a waste water line in the pipe section in the crown. The advantage of the 2in1 system, providing two completely separate pipeline areas in only one step, could clearly be implemented here.
